This Saturday, Marsalis’s sweeping masterpiece “The Abyssinian Mass” will be performed in Detroit for the very first time.

This Saturday, jazz legend Wynton Marsalis’s sweeping masterpiece “The Abyssinian Mass” will be performed in Detroit for the very first time.

The Carr Center is presenting this massive production, which includes a seventy-member choir.
