Every week on CultureShift, Detroit music journalist Jeff Milo shares three of the latest local releases from the region’s independent music scene.

Now, we’re taking that concept a little bigger by introducing a new monthly music release roundup with Jack White’s Third Man Records.

The label specializes in releasing some of the best underground and experimental bands and reissues from some of the most influential rock and blues artists of the past.
