Myron Elkins is making waves in Nashville’s country-blues scene.

The 23-year-old Otsego native visited WDET’s studios this summer for an incredible, stripped-down performance. He spoke with CultureShift about how his Midwestern work ethic has helped his rapid rise in the music industry, his working-class background and his debut album, Factories, Farms, and Amphetamines.
