On Saturday, January 14, the team at The Sugar House will introduce patrons to the myths and mysteries of the liquor legendarily known as the ‘Green Fairy’. Sugar House founder Dave Kwiatkowski and WDET’s Amanda LeClaire spoke at the bar about the classes while Kwiatkowski made one of the classic Absinthe cocktails, the Absinthe Frappe.
