Detroit’s restaurant scene is growing quickly, but that growth has put an increased strain on an already stretched service industry. That’s according to this week’s Metro Times cover stoy. WDET’s Amanda LeClaire spoke with Metro Times’ Alysa Offman about her article, “You’ve Been Served (Poorly),” and what it means for the future of the city’s dining landscape. .
