In the Halloween spirit, Corktown’s Red Dunn Kitchen is serving up an unusual dish: brains.

Considered a delicacy in some cultures, Red Dunn is serving up pig and veal brains with olive, lemon, brown butter, sage, and more.

CultureShift’s Amanda LeClaire spoke with kitchen manager Dustin Walker about the dish and what it tastes like.
